I always resonated with Asia's ancient medicinal systems and philosophical views of integrative and preventative health. My travels led me to explore different approaches and practices through yoga, Thai massage and Chinese medicine.  I believe in addressing the root cause of a condition and not limiting the healing process to the symptoms. Health is often in our hands, and we can do our best to become aware of the first signs of a disbalance and try to address those before they become rooted in our bodily systems. I work with an individual's physical, emotional and psychological aspects, genuinely helping people to achieve well-being and bringing awareness of their body and mind. I incorporate different techniques that come from my studies and training.

Over ten years of clinical practice, I have enhanced my knowledge and understanding of chronic pain management for various musculoskeletal conditions and mental health, including sleep disturbances, stress, and anxiety.
